WOMEN ARTISTS

The year 2020 marks the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment, guaranteeing and protecting women's constitutional right to vote in the Untied States. In conjunction with this momentous anniversary, we want to celebrate the women who have helped shape the visual history of New Mexico. The Women Artists activity series introduces you to a few of the talented women artists in the New Mexico Museum of Art's collection and encourages you to try some of their techniques at home.

Come back the next few weeks for more activities in this series!
